Article 32, Paragraph 4
Where the law stipulates that a public body shall make a decision only after obtaining the opinion, consent, or approval of another public body, the latter shall provide such opinion, consent, or approval within fifteen (15) days from the submission of the request, unless a different deadline is prescribed by specific legal provisions.
